THE VESTRY
In addition to our staff pictured above, the parish board of an Episcopal church is called the vestry, and ours includes the rector, a senior warden and junior warden, and nine elected members in staggered three-year terms. The vestry has fiduciary and financial responsibility for the parish, and reviews ministries and finances on a monthly basis, as well as taking up leadership of various specific projects. The vestry meeting minutes are always printed and placed on the bulletin board across from the parish office, and parish financial reports are available to parish members on request from the rector or parish administrator.
